If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please contact TileStore4Less.com at 347.436.7777 or Email Info@207.148.29.246 within twelve days of receiving your purchase to start the return process. All returns are subject to approval and are not guaranteed. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, unopened, and undamaged, as they will be inspected at our facility. If approved, your account will be refunded. For all returns, the customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs at full shipping rate.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If a product you have received is damaged or defected, once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned or refunded. TileStore4Less.com and its affiliates are not responsible for any product defect or damage, property damage, lost labor cost due to faulty installation.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled prior to shipping can be cancelled without penalty. If you decide to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by phone or via email and reference your order number.

Once an order has been loaded and is in route to the shipping address, TileStore4Less.com will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs at full shipping rate. All cancellations and returns (besides defected material and products) are subject to a twenty five percent restocking fee, plus the shipping cost.

Any items returned without return authorization, will not be accepted or refunded.
