At Tile Store 4 Less we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

30-Day Return: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns initiated after this period will not be accommodated.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Costs Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for covering all associated shipping costs for returns. For peace of mind, we advise using trackable shipping services and considering shipping insurance.

Returned items must be in their original, unused, undamaged packaging.

Please note that “final sale" or “closeout" items, as well as custom orders, cannot be returned or exchanged.

To Initiate A Return

Please reach out to us via phone or email at sales@tilestore4less.com or 618-878-4537 for a RMA.

Once you have received your RMA kindly ship the package to the address given by our customer service team. Opt for a trackable shipping service and consider insurance for added security. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Upon receiving and verifying the eligibility of the returned items, we will proceed with processing your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the date of receipt of your return for the refund to be processed. Should you require further

Cancelations

Orders cancelled prior to shipping can be cancelled without a fee. If you decide to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by phone or via email and reference your order number.

Once an order has been loaded and is in route to the shipping address, we will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping
costs at full shipping rate. All cancellations and returns (besides defected material and products) are subject to a 25% restocking fee, in addition to the shipping cost.

Any items returned without return authorization, will not be accepted or refunded
